The Feldenkrais Method develops a body awareness which gives us choices. The choice to breathe more freely, the choice to move more freely. You simply feel better in your body and with your body. Working individually or in groups, Vesna Puric explores new movement combinations. Simple, playful, sometimes unusual movements, either sitting or lying on the ground. Movements which allow us to go beyond the physical patterns which hinder us, to learn to use our body in a more efficient and pleasurable way.

Vesna Puric is a qualified Feldenkrais practitioner and movement teacher, who has worked extensively in Belgium, the UK, Sweden and in Chile. Originally trained as a dancer and actress, she has given workshops and classes for people of all ages and all walks of life, helping them to overcome physical difficulties in their everyday lives or simply to gain a general sense of well-being.
